New subdivisions sprouting up

Wow - I just had to write this morning about my travels yesterday. I have clients moving here from Florida who are fortunate in that they just sold their home (apparently their market is pretty slow). That’s the good news. The bad news is that they have to be out by the end of October. In other words a pretty nice problem to have…

So in order to help speed things up for them I took off and did some exploring in southern Wake county. What I found is some really nice places going in that for some reason hadn’t come into my radar (and that’s not easy for me to admit since I pride myself on knowing the area).

One of them which I’d like to write about today is Brighton Forest - Fuquay-Varina’s newest swim community. Great wooded homesites in a serene setting priced from the mid $230s-$420’s. Located off of Ten Ten Road and Johnson Pond Road.

Ok - so the lots are good - then add to that the great builder team of these fine craftman homes; Future Homes, Robuck Homes, Legacy, Sutton, & McNeill Burbank. I was really impressed with the design and layout I saw.

So with great wooded lots, an impressive custom builder team only one thing left to consider - The school assignments. No problem there - elementary and middle are assigned (so far) to the newer West Lake Schools. High school is Middle Creek.

So if you’re looking to get into what I think is going to be a great subdivision when all’s said and done now’s a great time to do so and get your pick of some of the best lots.
